Pricing All prices in this web catalog are quoted without shipping charges, taxes and/or duties. Stock and Delivery The products shown in this website come in a variety of sizes, colors and proportions. Many are handmade. Some products are made to order for customers; variations in others are natural results of the creation process. Turquoise Mountain Arts always aims to provide top quality products to its customers. All quoted lead times are estimates. Delivery date varies depending on the product, quantity ordered, and location of the customer. Shipping and Custom Policies Currently, our products are not regularly distributed outside of Afghanistan. Once we receive your order, we will provide a price quote for shipping to your location, based on the means of shipping and your country’ regulations and customs. We ship our products through an international courier company (DHL, Fed Ex, etc.) or as express cargo. Courier companies' shipping prices are quite high - we therefore recommend their use only for samples and relatively small packages. Customers willing to make a wholesale order will have their products shipped by airfreight at a reduced rate from Afghanistan, with a longer delivery time. Payment Methods and Procedures Payment may be remitted through money gram, via Western Union, or transferred to our UK or Afghanistan bank accounts. Bank details will be provided when an order is placed. Returns and Refunds Currently, Turquoise Mountain Arts is unable to offer a refund for products, nor are we able to accept products returned to us.
